Eligibility Requirements
- Nominated Occupation: Must be on the eligible Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).
- Skills Assessment: Must have a positive assessment from the relevant skills authority for your occupation.
- Age: Between 18 and 44 years at the time of invitation.
- English: At least Competent English (IELTS 6 in each band, or equivalent PTE, TOEFL, OET score).
- Points Test: Minimum 65 points.
- Health & Character: Must meet Australian standards.
Application Process
1. Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Submit an online EOI via Skill Select.
- You’ll be ranked against other applicants based on your points score.
- Only the highest-ranked candidates in each occupation get invitations to apply.
2. Invitation to Apply
- You can only lodge your visa application after receiving an invitation.
- Once invited, you must apply within 60 days.
